Abdulaziz M. AlShoail is a mechanical marine engineer by education, a seasoned sales executive by profession, and a pilot by passion. With 13 years of professional experience, he currently works at an international Oil and Gas company as the Sales Director in Kuwait.

After a couple of years of pondering, Abdulaziz is now determined to blend his passion of flying with the ambition to build his reputation as a successful business leader in the aviation industry.

Abdulaziz is committed to his dream and sees it as the natural next step in his professional profile after immense growth and success in a core industry in Kuwait, namely oil and gas production. His business idea is being shaped under the guidance of Dr. Mohammed AlJeemaz, a renowned business consultant.

A passionate aviator, Abdulaziz began his training in 2012 when he joined the prestigious Rabigh Wings Aviation Academy (RWAA) to become a pilot. He earned his Commercial Pilot License in 2017 and was subsequently granted the Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor Licenses.

Ever since his aviation license, Abdulaziz has accumulated a total of 350 flight hours, most of which were earned flying RWAA various aircrafts on international flights to various destinations across the world.

While he is familiar with flying multiple aircraft types, Abdulaziz has developed particular expertise in flying the Tecnam Multi Engine HZRW3, which he has taken on multiple international flights. He represented RWAA in the 2018 Kuwait Airshow, flying from Rabigh. Similarly, he represented RWAA again at the Abu Dhabi Airshow the same year.

He has represented RWAA in multiple international events and considers the academy the home of his dreams of flight. With such love and admiration for the institution, Abdulaziz wishes to bring his aviation business idea to life in partnership with RWAA.
